About Us
Meet Anna & Aarni
Lapland Through Local Eyes
Our life is shaped by the northern seasons: endless summer sunlight, very cold winter nights, and skies that burn with the green fire of the Northern Lights.
We live here all year round.
We walk our dogs at −30 °C, pick berries under the midnight sun, and watch the reindeer pass our windows. Every recommendation you find on this site is based on our real life in Lapland.
Our mission is simple:
To help travelers experience Lapland with respect, curiosity, and wonder. We believe travel should connect you to nature, culture, and the people who call this place home.
We created HeiAgain to share what life here really is like, beyond brochures and tourist snapshots. We both have been working long time in the travel industry here, and we have seen the good ones and the bad ones. We never recommend companies or activities that are not respecting nature, animals or their staff.
Instead of creating another polished travel site, we wanted something more personal. This is a space for storytelling and honest travel advice. From the excitement of chasing auroras to the quiet magic of frozen mornings, this project is our love letter to the North.
We’re also proud to collaborate with trusted travel partners ensuring you get reliable information and quality experiences when you book tours or activities. We recommend companies and travel partners that we have experiences, or people behind those companies we trust. Lapland is small place, and as locals we know the ones to trust.
